Resources are available to help guide, support and assist an individual with a diagnosis alongside their carers. The West Moreton Care Collaborative works alongside many local community partners to increase ‘grassroots’ support in our local community.

The West Moreton Care Collaborative – Older Persons Care Collaborative have worked with local community groups in the Ipswich, Scenic Rim, Somerset and Lockyer Valley areas to create localised dementia friendly groups.
